Big thanks to Patrick, Ashling and all of the team! We have requested a pre-purchase house survey and it really helped us to evaluate our investment and to narrow any potential risks to watch out for in future. The report we got back was very thorough and easy to navigate and understand. Everything was sorted out within few days and we could safely make our decision on purchase. Can’t recommend enough! First time buying a house and employed Kelleher & Associates to conduct a survey of the property. Very happy with the report which was detailed and covered all aspects of our property concerns and more with good advice given.
